This book is so freaking good! It's about a Hmong child with epilepsy and the struggle to get proper medical care for her in the US cause of miscommunication and cultural differences. So that may not sound like the exciting-est book ever, but it's so engaging. You read it and you feel more enlightened about the world. Or at least I did. So so good.

Also, you're the only other person I've known to have even heard of this book. I read this two years ago...excellent and sad.
